Our Story

I first heard of the Energy Enhancement System (EES) in June of 2022. I’d recently been diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma, the same cancer that had killed my uncle and my sister. Even though it was a ferocious type of cancer I was unafraid. I was confident that that there was more to my story.

Shortly after my diagnosis I watched a podcast interview with Jason Shurka. He was very excited about a new technology, EES, and what he had to share captivated me. I wanted to know more and jumped into research mode. What I discovered made me eager to try it.

At that time, there were only a few centers operating and those that had opened were swamped with clients seeking better health. The Las Vegas Holistic Center in Las Vegas made a spot for me. I was extremely grateful.

I postponed my scheduled surgery, a radical nephrectomy. It was scary to put off the removal of the cancer, but I knew I had to give the system a try.

My husband, Greg, and I hit the road for my scheduled sixty hours in the system. The people at the Las Vegas Center were kind and helpful and quickly allayed most of my worries. Since a serious auto accident in 1991 I’d been plagued with chronic pain and wondered if I’d be able to tolerate long hours in an anti-gravity chair. As it turned out, it wasn’t difficult at all. I had no back pain or muscle pain while resting in the EES room.

Within a few days I began to see changes. The arthritis in my hands improved dramatically and I was able to make a fist and even snap my fingers. The constant pain in my neck disappeared. I’d been an insomniac since I was a child and I was sleeping well every night. My unhealthy gut was transformed and I’ve had almost no issues since my visit to the Holistic Center.

The biggest surprise was the change in my vision. I have a condition called macular telangiectasia type 2 or MacTel 2 for short. I’d lost a great deal of my vision and reading was extremely difficult. I relied on my Kindle and computer because I could enlarge the font. I’d also given up driving. That was a difficult change for me, but it was not safe for me to be behind the wheel. I looked in the mirror, on my fifth day in Las Vegas, and was startled to discover I could see clearly and could actually see my entire face. It was shocking and oh so exciting. I now drive and read whatever I want.

One of the most precious gifts I received from EES was a better frame of mind. My husband described my mood as euphoric. All I know is that I felt happy. Living with chronic pain can rob a person of joy.

And the cancer? It was still there, but it hadn’t grown in the extra three months until my surgery and I was stronger and healthier, which made the whole process less stressful and I recovered quickly. Had I spent two hundred or more hours in the Energy Enhancement System would the cancer have retreated? I don’t know, but it’s certainly possible.

The nine days I spent in Las Vegas changed my life. I felt energetic and strong and couldn’t wait to get back to Oregon to share what I’d discovered. While on our trip home, Greg and I had a lot of time to talk about what had happened. We decided we wanted to bring EES to our Oregon community.

Hilltop Cottage is a place where people can come to rest and heal. It’s a family project, and we are excited to share the beauty of Southern Oregon with you as well as the restorative power of EES.
